ORIGINALLY FROM MASSACHUSETTS: Our first exposure to South West Florida was when Carolyn's mom and dad retired to the area and we began regular visits...resulting in our first Lee County property ownership in 1978 at Fort Myers Beach.

FAMILY: Along with our four children (two girls, and two boys) and two dogs we became full time residents of Cape Coral in 1990. Our oldest daughter graduated from the University of South Florida. Our other three children have attended Lee County schools from the elementary level through high school.

DAVE'S BACKGROUND: As a general contractor in Massachusetts '67-90, and Florida Certified General Contractor licensed since '92 along with a Real Estate license, Dave has built considerable knowledge in residential construction and Real Estate. Dave enjoys free time with family. Also he enjoys reading all the auto magazines...just ask him anything about cars.

CAROLYN'S BACKGROUND: Carolyn is a *second generation* S.W. Florida real estate professional specializing in residential sales. Carolyn's college degree was in education. She is committed to clear communication and understanding. As the family grew, two adorable daughters and two adopted Korean boys, Carolyn kept involved with teaching. She later began her own business owning and operating her own fashion clothing design/merchandising business. She was a great help to Dave in designing and decorating homes. After obtaining a Florida Real Estate License in 1992, she now totally enjoys working with Dave in the Real Estate Market.
